Trading From Charts
The L4 Trading System allows users to trade from charts. To do this, switch to "Charts" tab of the main window. Select an existing or open a new chart, right-click on the empty area within the chart window for the popup menu to come up, and choose an account you wish to trade from.

Account financial info is shown at the bottom of the screen.
To place an order, right-click on the empty area within the chart window and choose either "Buy Order" or "Sell Order" from the popup menu, fill out necessary fields in the order dialog window and press "OK". You will see a marker, which corresponds to your order.

After the position is open, some functions become available through it's popup menu, which is opened by right-click on the position's marker.

To close the positions, choose "Close" menu item. To set stop-loss or limit for the positions, choose either "Stop" or "Limit" menu item from the popup menu. After you set stop-loss or limit for the position, S/L values are displayed at the chart by cross-like markers.

Now if you right-click on any of stop-loss, limit or the position markers, you will see the same popup menu with two more options.

Choose either "Remove Stop" or "Remove Limit" to perform corresponding action.
If one is holding mouse pointer over a stop-loss, limit or position marker for a few seconds, a tool-tip window is shown, indicating position's parameters.

After you have opened some positions, a few menu items become available in the main chart window.

"Show all trades" allows to see positions, opened from all trader's accounts. When chosen, this item is changed to "Show trades for current account" which reverts this feature to common mode.
Two sub-menu, "Position" and "Total Position", allows you to set stop-loss or limit for position or whole total position on all accounts. "Close" menu item allows you to close position or total position.
