M Funds Details

Bid/Ask spread:
Funds are bought and sold between the bid and ask price and costs apply as they do when trading on the L4 Trading Platform

Management Fee:
2% annual management fee, charged on a daily basis.

Performance Fee:
35% incentive fee for net new profits charged quarterely or upon the sale of L funds. This incentive fee does not apply if the fund carries negative performance for any given month, which will aggregate to the following month until positive. Once positive a 20% incentive fee will be deducted from the profits.

Capital Guarantee:
Investment held throughout the 4-year period, with reinvested distributions, your initial investment is guaranteed.

Lock-up period:
If funds are sold prior to the end of the "guarantee period" - 4 years - initial funds guarantee is forfeited and investors will be subject to any price differences since initial investment.

Post-Guarantee-Period:
After the guarantee phase, the fund either liquidates or operates without any guarantees.
