Please use MFN's practice trading accounts for as long as you need, if you need to extend the 30-day demo period, let MFN know and MFN will re-enable for another 30-days. Trading platform security measure: When running the trading platform if you ever receive a message that says another user has logged on and your connection will be terminated, it is because you have momentarily lossed your internet connection and you are trying to re-login back in to yourself, unless you are trying to login from multiple computers at the same time. And it is the clients responsibility to keep trading platform user id's secure from unauthorized use.

Question: What are the application's hardware and software requirements?

Answer: Recommended hardware: PC with Pentium III - 1000 processor, 128 Mb RAM Software requirements: MS Windows 9x, NT, Me, 2000, XP, 2003, Java 1.4.1 or higher.

Question: I can not login to the system. What could be the reason.

Answer: There could be the following reasons:
- Login name and password are case sensitive. Make sure "Caps Lock" is off.
- You may have to temperarily disable your anti-virus software when trying to login.
- You are logged on to the system from another location. Close another charts application if there is one and try again
- Problems with Internet connection. Check your internet connection.
- Check your proxy settings.

Question: Connection indicator is red. What do I do?

Answer: - Please check the following:
- Check your proxy settings.
- Restart application.
- You are not connecting to the trading platform servers, your internet connection may have become unstable.... please perform the following: go to start then run, type cmd and trace the following addy: 128:241.244.33. Take a screen shot of the trace and send back to us.

Question: I want to see certificates. What do I do?

Answer: Choose "Portfolio" item from the "Tools" menu - portfolio manager dialog window will come up to the screen. Expand "Certificates" group in the left pane, select desired certificate instruments and click on the button with right arrow picture to add selected instruments to the portfolio, then click "OK" to apply changes.

Question: I am a Microsoft Windows user. How do I get a screen shot of the application?

Answer: Press "Print Screen" button to copy a screenshot into the clipboard. To see the result, go to "Start/Programs/Accessories" operating system menu and start "Paint" editor. Press "Ctrl+V" to paste content of the clipboard into the editor sheet. To save the screenshot choose "Save" item of the "File" menu of the editor.
